Staying In and Learning 5 April 2020

I am staying in and Learning

While here at home I have had more time to watch what is
going on with the media, the Democrats, and the poison we
have all come to know as "Super PACs".
The media, I can only guess, have become afraid of the
truth or of the success with which Trump is handling this
crisis. So they do their regular pathetic response of not
covering the informative breifings. These being held by the
members of the most informed and in control group of gifted
leaders in fields from procurement to pandemics. They also
represent decades of experience of dealing with these type
of crisis. And yet the liberal media choose to not inform
the American people.
There were many contributing events that have lead up to
the severity of the pandemics hold on Americans.
We begin with the Chinese realizing the crisis as far
back as Nov. 17, 2019. They hid the spread for over a month.
At the end of Dec. 2019 they were forced to admit there
was a problem. That was about the same time that people began
fleeing China and heading for our north West.
The WHO World Health Organization continued to deny the
ability of the virus to be passed human to human so people
died.
Counting the incubation period, that pushed us into late
Jan 2020.
If you look at the headlines the day after Kobie Bryant
died you will see an article about the US investigating the
new virus.
Against the wishes of the Democrats, Trump stopped all
travel from China to the US. But that was not enough. The
people from China / Asia took a different path. They started
flying to Italy and Spain and connecting flights to the US
in order to get here.
This brought the virus to our shores through New York,
New Jersey, Florida, etc.. Many were determined to take those
cruises and trips to our amusement parks.
As this was progressing Trump requested an aid bill of
$2.2 billion which the Democrats decided to disagree, of course
that meant they wanted to give him more so they delayed. He
took the $8 billion loaded with liberal pork after the Senate
did what they could to scale back the unrelated greed.
It almost immediately became evident that a much larger
bill may be needed and very quickly so the Democrats crafted
the most ridiculous pile of crap imaginable. I will list a few
of the most ludicrous items for you:
1,432 pages of crap

$100 million to NASA,

And of course, no voter ID would be required to get a ballot
and anonymous “ballot harvesting”

Can someone please tell me what nearly ALL of this has to
do with reacting to the Covid-19 pandemic?
I have a lot more to say about this and Pelosi's new
attempt to bankrupt America and try to blame it on Trump.

Democrats are Destroying America 24 Mar 2020

Time for a Change of Topic
I am afraid and distracted by what is happening. I
haven't been able to focus for days so I must vent.
It is March 24th and the world has been turned
upside down.
I am 71 years old with RA and a pacemaker and I have
never seen anything so potentially catastrophic as this
Covid-19 virus. And I am afraid of what America will look
like when we emerge from the other end of this pandemic.
Never in the history of the US has there been anything
so potentially deadly.
The government has asked us to do many things to limit
the spread of the virus but first we had to endure a litany
of blame being directed at the President.
The President wanted to pass a small assistance package
but, of course, Democrats wanted more. Obviously, if Trump
wanted $8 billion the Left would have disagreed with that.
It seems that it is impossible for the Left to set aside
their politics. Like Williams on Fox Five constantly pushing
the liberal agenda and trying to blame everything on Trump
because some liberal poll wants to play politics with their
liberal opinion polls. They need to cease these ridiculous
polls and act like Americans who care about each other.
Then we have the pathetic Washington Post creating lies
and fake news stories. If it is even possible they are doing
more everyday than they were for the past three and a half
years. They've become an embarrassment to journalists around
the world and both sides of the aisle.
I think when this crisis is over those so-called writers
should be sued into oblivion never to be allowed to return.
I am secure in saying that we're very fortunate to have
elected Trump rather than Clinton. She cares less about her
fellow Americans than most Democrats and that doesn't seem
to be much.
The past few days they have been slowing a major bill
designed to help the American people with income and support
from their employers and the Left keep trying to label it as
the President is bailing out the rich. They could'nt be more
wrong.
It's time to put moral pressure on the Left in Congress.
Maybe they don't realize that people are dying or they can't
see it from their mansions.
The hatred and need for power has been blinding the Left
for years now. Their desire to return to their socialistic
agenda and hatred for Republicans is taking them to levels
far below anything ever seen by Americans before.
The days of love for America, patriotism, respect, and
empathy have been destrotyed by Democrats. Their level of
wanting what is best for all Americans is so low it nears
extinction.
Maybe God's plan is bigger than anyone can conceive. He
is our only hope.

Alinski’s Rules 14 Mar 2020

Another great day to be an American.

We need to get right into Alinski's book. It had such
an impact that even today our Democratic party is trying to
regain the ground lost when things (Trump) went awry.
Alinski's book gave us 12 things that he felt needed to
happen to accomplish the goal to Fundamentally Transform
America.
    * RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the
enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources
– money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh
and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plenti-
ful supply. Government and corporations always have a diffi-
cult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost
exclusively with economic arguments.)
    * RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your
people." It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling
secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under
attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues.
This is why. They avoid things with which they have no
knowledge.)
    * RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise
of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety
and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many
organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly ir-
relevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)
    * RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of
rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send
30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one
can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious
rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation
is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not
living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away
at the damage.)
    * RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There
is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also
works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into con-
cessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to
create anger and fear.)
    * RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do
more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better
ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different
than any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities,
and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring
results.)
    * RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a
drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get
bored. To keep them excited and involved, organizers are
constantly coming up with new tactics.)
    * RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep
trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the
opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with
something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never
giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup,
recover and re-strategize.)
    * RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the
thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more
consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large
organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something
that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is
that the organization will expend enormous time and energy
creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions.
The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in
demoralization.)
    * RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will
push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other
side can win the public to your side because the public sym-
pathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peace-
ful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions
in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath,
often in the form of violence that eventually brought public
sympathy to their side.)
    * RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a con-
structive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points
because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old
saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the
problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their
strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum
to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise
solution.)
    * RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it,
and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the
target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions;
people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very
effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
So to condense his idea of what he needed to do was to lie
and pretend you are someone you aren't.
Don't talk about things you don't know about.
Talk over your audience like they are dumb.
Challenge every rule of your target, all at once, if
possible.
Ridicule the target to make them angry which creates
mistakes.
If your people like to demean the target, let them.
    Change up your tactics often.
Attack them and don't let up.
Make them think bad things will happen if they don't do
what you tell them.
Lie, lie, lie and make them mad enough to get violent.
It creates allies.
Always have a solution or compromise.
Pick yout target and separate them out so they depend upon
just you.
The use of this information goes on, even today. Just
listen to Bernie or
Warren and few others. They won't tell you what they are doing
but knowledge is power and we can wake people up.
Now put Republican in where he refered to enemy or opposi-
tion. Explains a lot about how we are being treated every day
by liberals and the media.
This was a bit long but it helped me set the groundwork
for next week's application phase.
Come back.

The Strategy 7 Mar 2020

Four weeks in and I have barely scratched the surface.

Alinski wrote his book and in it he needed a strategy to
use to push his plan. He recruited a pair of Columbia socio-
logy professors. They were also members of the Democratic
Socialists of America.
They advocated for a centralized federally run welfare
system. It came complete with a free guaranteed income for
everyone. Go Bernie..
They created a plan on how the government could help them
reach their goal. It was designed to overload the US public
welfare system to create a crisis. This would leave no option
but to adopt a socialist/communist agenda.
    Those steps follow:
1: Healthcare - If you control healthcare, you control
the people.
2: Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possi-
ble, poor people are easier to control and will not fight
back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3: Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.
That way you're able to increase taxes, and this will produce
more poverty.
4: Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves
from the Government. That way you are able to create a police
state.
5: Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives.
(Food, Housing, and Income)
6: Education –Take control of what people read and listen
to and take control of what children learn in school.
7: Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the
Government and schools.
8: Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and
the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be
easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
Do any of these look or sound familiar? You would have to
be on another planet to not see it.
Let me show you how this has already effected you.
    1. Healthcare - Hillary was tasked to create universal
healthcare. She met resistence that only let her start the
Children's Health Insurance Program. When Obama got in office,
we got Obamacare. Complete with a mandate to force maximum
participation.
    2. Poverty - They systematically eliminated jobs using
thousands of regulations. Remember when Obama and Hillary were
asked about the mining jobs? They quickly answered that those
jobs were never coming back. They just kept handing out band
-aids.
    3. Debt - Did you think it was an accident that Obama grew
the debt by $10 trillion? He couldn't or wouldn't explain where
about half of it went? Taxes went up and more people were poor.
Surprise, surprise.
    4. Gun Control - That turned out to be a tough one. They
underestimated our level of self-preservation. I promise you,
if the Democrats ever gain control of both houses of Congress,
that will be on the top of their list. Damn the 2nd Amendment.
    5. Welfare - Control... Remember all that free stuff? Maybe
the millions who were getting food stamps, EBT cards, housing,
medicaid, etc. There are over 80 programs just on the federal
side.
    6. Education - For 15-20 years our college students have
been force fed liberal ideas. A steady diet of denying God.
They are being ridiculed if they hinted they have conservative
political views. In the lower schools 2+2 no longer equals 4.
The process to work out an addition problem requires 15 minutes
and three sheets of paper. They call it Common core. I haven't
met anyone who likes it but teachers will say, that's how we
have to teach it. What happened to K I S S ?
    7. Religion - My favorite. Remove God from schools and
government. Worse yet, they were actually doing it. It's like
riding your bike across the city and then leaving it there and
walking back. God got us here and we need him more now than
ever. Of course, that's my opinion but I hope you share it
with me.
    8. Class Warfare - These radicals have actually got the
Left talking about the one percent or trickle down economics.
Someone always has to be the one to build the company. One that
some day you might run or own. The investment comes from those
fortunate enough to afford it. If you work for Kohls or Publix,
someone built it. Obama told us we didn't build our businesses.
They stocked it and hired you to work there. That's not trickle
anything, that's opportunity. Very few start at the top.
I need to cut this off but you can see just how far into
that transformation we had gotten.
I still have much more about Alinski's book. This was just
a very small part. There is a lot to take in but if will come
together.
Maybe I can stay on topic and tell you about Alinski's
actual "Rules for Radicals" in the book.
Spend some time digesting this and come back next week.

    Have a great week.

Dems Move Left w/help 29 Feb 2020

Glad you’re back again.

Another week of the dark side of American history.

It was a very diverse time when I was growing up in
eastern North Carolina in the 50s and 60s.
Many things were changing. My Dad was a Marine and a
Democrat but he was conservative. I remember when he decided
to become a Republican. He wrestled with the idea and
concluded that he was unable to move that far to the Left.
Rules are rules and the law is the law.
He was one of the millions that got pushed aside.
So what happened to force America off the prosperous
track we had been on after the Korean Conflict years?
The GDP has almost consistantly grown except during
conflicts and tax cuts. Roughly every 10 years we would
endure a recession but growth was pretty consistant right
up to the Obama years when it reversed or slowed drastically
due to the Fed manipulating the interest rates.
Another interesting fact is that in most years during
Democtatic Administrations unemployment averaged higher.
When you get down around 4-5% we reach what is consedered
"fully employed" status. It is currently around 3.5%. FYI:
That's very good.
I am getting off track. There were certain times when
America was vulnerable to change.
By the 1960s, America was trending toward urban devel-
opment. It was actually causing cultural divisions in the
larger cities.
A young man named Saul Alinski became the first self-
proclaimed Community Organizer. Born in Chicago the son of
Russian immigrants.
Chicago will and does play a major role in the movement
to socialize America. Mostly he was fighting the establish-
ment. He stirred up the Black Power movement, unions and
other ethnic based groups. He admittedly told many lies to
disrupt and repeated them until people accepted them as
truth.
I describe him as the original, liberal brainwasher.
In the late 1960s he wrote a book "Rules for Radicals"
which explained his idea on how to Fundamentally transform
America. If that sounds familiar, it is because that same
term has been repeated by many notable Democrats. This
includes the Clintons and Obama. More recently by a number
of the Class of 2020 Democratic Presidential hopefuls.
Fundamentally Transforming America is code for social-
izing the country.
To do this he needed a strategy.
FYI: Alinski dedicated his book to Lucifer. I am not at all
surprised.
I will elaborate on his book next week and tell you just
how close America came to becoming a socialized nation.
I like to think that we avoided it only by God's divine
intervention.
Come back, I am just getting started.

Conservatively,
John

Who are we? 22 Feb 2020

Hello again.

Picking up where I left off, I promised to explain how
the push to change America from a democracy to a
communist/socialist nation.
Maybe first we should ask ourselves a few simple questions.
What does America mean to you?
What does being an American mean to you?
   Are you a loyal patriot?
Are you willing to die for America?
Do you really, deep down, love America?
You need to be honest with yourself and answer these
questions first. So many people 'talk the talk' but don't
'walk the walk'. They complain about everything they find
wrong. Then they act like they are entitled to things that
will benefit them.
Those who align themselves with hate groups and anti
anything groups are not patriotic Americans.
If you can't show respect for the flag, national anthem,
and pledge of allegiance, you are not loyal, you just happen
to be here.
If you are a true American, you don't need a hyphen and
you don't need a mask. All you need to do is stand up and
respect this great nation.
If you are determined to destroy our laws, the Constitu-
tion, traditions, or our Christian or moral values, I, for
one do not want you here.
Being an American should mean that you're part of the
wealthiest, most powerful, diverse nation in the world. One
that offers you the opportunity to become anything you want.
You have choices you can't get on any other continent on the
planet.
A country where you can create, own, grow, and operate a
business.
You have the freedom to travel about, virtually without
restriction and visit some of the most beautiful natural
sights, or man-made attractions.
We once had the right to demand that your fellow Americans
respect your home, our traditions, and flag.
We would freely pledge our allegience and sing the National
anthem.
There was even a time when we would even, dare I say it,
PRAY.
Do you get a lump in your throat when the flag is being
raised? Do you get choked up while the national anthem is being
sung? Maybe when the pledge of Allegience is being recited? Do
you feel the pride?
These things are exactly what it means to be an American.
If you can't love America where would that leave you if
America didn't care about you?
Being a true American is not just a label but a badge of
honor earned by our actions. Often too, by the actions of our
ancestors who gave of themselves.
Maybe it's time to do some soul searching. Do you really
think any other country would be willing to take you in? With
your attitude and lack of ethics, would they care of you?
Sorry that I got sidelined. Next week I will get to the
efforts to convert America to Communism / Socialism and the
inspiration behind it.
Wish you all a blessed and prosperous week.

 Conservatively,
 John

The Media 15 Feb 2020

Are you as fed up as I am with the half truths and lies
the media is feeding us?
These past few years have made me wonder just "What in
the world has happened to the Mainstream Media?"
I can't possibly be the only one.
I decided the treatment Americans are getting from the
mainstream media has sunk to a pathetic disgusting level.
It's not even worthy of being called journalism.
I decided to start a blog to attempt to research and
share what I learn and maybe together we can start to rev-
erse the trust and faith lost by the people.
The blog will be a means for me to reach out to
Conservatives, Democrats and Independents.
All faith in the media has left Americans with no
reliable sources to inform us of what has been and is
actually going on in front of us.
We are in desperate need for truth and facts.
We deserve to know who said what and what was actually
said. Not what someone chooses to fill our heads with what
they think was meant.
This is not a new phenomenon. The media was recruited
decades ago. Most people trusted what people like Cronkite,
Brinkley, Reasoner, and others told them. We all felt they
were believable. Why would they lie?
In a couple of weeks I'll get into who convinced the
media to think they can control the people.
They could influence the people's perspective on nearly
everything, not just politically.
Their role was an important key to influencing many
American's choice of political party affiliations.
The media found that if they told the same lies often
enough with enthusiasm and never retract it unless caught,
the public would accept it as truth.
This seemed to empower the liberal side of things. They
saw this as an opportunity to exploit this trust as a
weakness.
Being lied to then was the exception not the norm.
There were consequences.
If not by the law, our parents, teachers, clergy and
often peers would advise us to mend our unethical ways.
Most local sources for fair, unbiased, non-partisan and
truthful news are long since gone.
As the political divide rapidly formed the people
got sucked in or pushed aside. This destroyed the times
when people could discuss politics at the local coffee
shop or diner. Democrats and Republicans could exist in
the same family, on the same pew at church, or at a week-
end picnic. People were able to set aside their political
differences and be Americans first.
Next week I will dig into how the Communist/Socialist
plans for America were manifested. It's been downhill
every since but there is hope on the horizon.
I plan to publish a weekly blog beginning about the
time that Republicans split from the liberal side of the
Democratic party.
Between now and November, I will do my best to be as
factual as possible.
    I will welcome constructive comments.
Coming from a Conservative, once Independent, I hope
you like what you read.

Conservatively,
John
