      	**God and Country

      Many Americans believe their country is going to hell, and
it's hard to refute that. The internet has changed social mores,
our leadership is mediocre at best, corrupt at worst, and personal
narcissism is rising fast.
      Plus, there's deep political division among the people.
      The United States was forged using Judeo-Christian philosophy
as a baseline. So what exactly is that? I can't fault any American
for not knowing because the public school system has largely
banished "J-C ethics" from the classroom.
      Well, time to get out your notepad.
      In researching my upcoming book "Killing the Witches," we
found that the brutal religious-based murders in Salem had a pro-
found influence on the Constitution. Franklin, Jefferson, and
Madison fought against any definition of the new America as a
"Christian" nation, while Patrick Henry and others wanted that
description in writing.
      Ben, Thomas, and Jemmy won the debate, but it was close.
However, the brilliant secularists well understood that democracy
would not survive unless there was a clear vision of "justice for
all."
      That's when Judeo-Christian philosophy kicked in, the con-
cept of right and wrong based on the Ten Commandments. If you dis-
pute that, visit the Supreme Court building in Washington, where
a sculpture of Moses and the Commandments dominates the ground
floor.
      In a 1983 case, the Supremes found that state legislatures
could pay a "chaplain" to conduct prayers "in the Judeo-Christian
tradition."
      Today, J-C tenets are under massive assault from the pro-
gressive left, which controls the President of the United States.
The primary reason is moral judgments about abortion and "alter-
native" lifestyles, plus the fact that following any kind of "high-
er power" diminishes the influence of the state. Stalin, Mao, Hit-
ler, Pol Pot, et al., all persecuted religious faith. That conti-
nues to this day in totalitarian regimes.
      In America, the corporate media largely sides with progres-
sives and casts deep suspicion on religious expression. The inde-
fensible child abuse crimes committed by some Catholic clergy have
devastated Christian influence.
      A recent study out of the University of Chicago indicates
Judeo-Christian ethics are absolutely under siege in the USA.
Thirty-four percent of Americans never attend religious services,
the highest number ever recorded.
      The decline of theology in the U.S. is apparent. Those iden-
tifying as Evangelical Protestants have fallen from 23 percent in
2006 to just 14 percent today. Catholics have sunk from 16 percent
of the population to 13 percent, despite millions of new migrants
who come from Catholic cultures.
      The result of the secular intrusion is vividly apparent. In
many places, laws are not enforced, and criminals are not punished.
Intoxication is encouraged (legalized pot, acceptance of public
hard drug use), people of faith are openly mocked on social media,
and attacks on churches, like the L.A. Dodgers honoring an anti-
Catholic group, are largely ignored by the corporate media.
      Presiding over all this is Joe Biden, a weekly Catholic mass
attendee. But instead of embracing Judeo-Christian tenets such as
all life is sacred and the rule of law must be upheld if "justice"
is to prevail, Biden rejects that and strives to make things like
abortion and illegal entry to this country easy.
      The result is a kind of brutal anarchy that once held sway
in Salem, Massachusetts. Emboldened criminals kill thousands of
innocents each year. Abortion on demand for any reason destroys
thousands of unborn in places like California and New York.
      Fearful of his far-left base, Mr. Biden, like Pontius
Pilate, washes his hands of any responsibility.
      The Founders well understood the dangers of imposed theo-
logy. But, equally, they knew that the elimination of right and
wrong would severely damage this Republic.
      And that's what is happening.**
      Bill did an excellent job of explaining how the founding
fathers concluded the direction this new country should go to
avoid the pitfalls of where the people came from.
      America needed a country founded on good principles but it
had to shed the mandatory rule of the land they fought so hard
to escape.
      Over 70% of Americans are Christians. 15% identify as
Baptists. About 22% claim no religion. And yet 90% of Americans
believe in God, 74% believe in Heaven, and 60% believe in Hell.
      So ask yourself, "Do you have a soul?" and where will it
spend eternity?
      Also, what kind of life do you want to endure if that many
turn your backs on the Lord?

	**PELOSI's COVER UP:
	FINALLY, WE KNOW WHY DEMOCRATS LIED ABOUT TRUMP’S NATIONAL
      GUARD OFFER
        Clash June 23, 2023
      On January 6th, tragedy came to the US Capitol. But instead
of allowing Republicans and Democrats alike to come together for a
full investigation into what truly took place on that day, Nancy
Pelosi sought only political gain with her one-sided commission, an
effort to falsely accuse President Trump in order for Democratic
power grabs.
      Thankfully, more Americans than ever recognize this biased
spectacle as nothing but an attempt at persecuting conservative
voices. It’s time we demand justice from those who orchestrated such
polarizing tactics before our congressional control changes hands
once again, something which will inevitably bring truth onto center
stage!
      But in their efforts to discredit the popular former presi-
dent, they may have sealed their own fates. The foundations of the
commission’s arguments, arguments that deny any right to rebuttal,
are that President Trump is responsible for the violence.
      We all know that he wasn’t. There is more than enough evi-
dence of President Trump encouraging his supporters to disperse
peacefully. But for some strange reason, the situation erupted. The
commission has ignored evidence that federal agents actually helped
to incite violence.
      But there clearly could have never been any violence at all.
President Trump knew in advance that millions of Americans were
angry. Voters watched as Democrats stole the presidential election
from President Trump. They were rightfully mad.
      With the level of anger in the air, President Trump wanted
to take steps to ensure the protesters remained peaceful. His plan
would have totally prevented protest infiltrators from inciting
violence. He offered Nancy Pelosi the services of the National
Guard.
      Nancy Pelosi had the sole right to accept or refuse this
help. She knew exactly what she was doing. Nancy Pelosi and her
liberal co-conspirators didn’t want to prevent the protests from
turning violent. In fact, they had strategically placed operatives
to make sure it happened.
      Why would Pelosi and the Democrats need to lie about this?
What motivation could Democrats have for preventing the National
Guard from securing the Capitol? The presence of troops would have
essentially guaranteed that the violence would never have happened.
      Why did the upper leadership of the Democrat Party want
violence? By offering thousands of National Guard troops, President
Trump clearly did not want violence. Knowing this fact says every-
thing about the Democrats’ insistence that President Trump is some-
how responsible.
      The President of the United States offered the necessary
preventive measures against any potential violence. Nancy Pelosi
flat out rejected his offer. It was refused because violence was
the plan all along. That’s why Nancy Pelosi refused the help. She
is directly responsible.
      She and her radical liberals didn’t want to hinder the
violence. They wanted to create a spectacle that they could use as
a weapon against President Trump. But voters have a weapon as well.
Patriotic Americans must use the weapon of their vote.
      We are in a fight to save our great nation. If we do not take
back our country through our democratic right to elect our leaders,
Americans will be forced to fight a far more dangerous type of
battle to save democracy. There is no room for error. Every vote
must count.**

      Pelosi had to stop the challenge of the Electoral count.
Trump had every Constitutional right and the Representatives and
Senators to use provisional votes that were properly documented as
well as certified if needed. 
      The problem was had the challenge succeeded, an investigation
would have exposed the corruption in the 2020 election, in the DOJ,
in the Capitol Police, deep state, and throughout the Democratic
Party and the RINOs on the right.
      Those exposures would also have told the American people of
decades of corruption going back over 30 years.
      We should never forget all the years of to corrupt media who
have been brainwashing the weakminded and thoase who refuse to do
their own research and think for themselves.
      America is in serious trouble now if we don't wake up and
see the damage done by the unelected forces pushing Biden and his
weak administration into destroying our economy and forcing the
American people into overextending themselves when all of this
could have been avoided.
      Ask yourself and answer with a true, honest response. 
      "Are you honestly better off financially today than you
were just 3-4 years ago?" Be HONEST!
      Pray to God that we can fix this in 2024. If we waste that
opportunity, America is most likely doomed to become a socialist/
communist/Marxist third world country.
      No country has ever survived socialized and all you will be
able to blame Pelosi and yourself.

      The Two Worst

      March 4, 1857, was a cool, breezy day in Washington, D.C. Penn-
sylvanian James Buchanan had been elected the 15th President of the
United States with one overriding mandate: keep the United States
together.
     Buchanan, a bachelor and career politician, was succeeding the
hapless, often intoxicated Franklin Pierce, who allowed the country
to fall into disarray over slavery. Buchanan was supposed to fix
that.
     It started badly. Old Buch's Inaugural Address was a mealy-
mouthed batch of nothing.
     "All agree that under the Constitution slavery in the states
is beyond the reach of any power ..."
     Foolish blather that engendered joy among plantation owners in
Dixie. The new President would not confront the evil of slavery. And
that's exactly what happened throughout the next four years; James
Buchanan sat in the Executive Mansion doing nothing while the South
destroyed any semblance of federal power.
     It is said the White House is haunted. If so, the ghost of
Old Buch must be best friends with the foggy Joe Biden, the 46th
President of the United States. The two are kindred spirits, so to
speak.
     President Biden's mandate is to solve difficult problems like
illegal immigration and racial animus. The truth is he has made
those vexations far worse, just as Buchanan did with the slave
issue.
     The best illustration is the southern border which is under
siege by foreign nationals trying to find a better life in America.
On Biden's watch, nearly seven million migrants have illegally
crossed the border, with thousands more coming every day. That
collapse of federal authority has led to chaos throughout the
country. Just last week, New York City Mayor Eric Adams, a liberal
Democrat, said the unfettered flow of migrants is destroying the
fabric of the nation's largest city.
     Biden's open border policy has also led to a record number
of narcotics coming into the USA, including heroin and fentanyl. In
2022, the DEA seized 10,000 pounds of fentanyl powder, double the
amount seized in 2021.
     Of course, drug overdose deaths are at a record level as
well, with hundreds of thousands of Americans dying.
     Joe Biden rarely speaks to the press, but his administration
says there is no crisis at the border. And in the President's
clouded mind, there isn't. Like Buchanan, Biden doesn't want to
confront the problem. He will not even try.
     The proof of that is Biden's January meeting with President
Obrador in Mexico City. Obrador has lost control of his country to
the drug cartels. Last year, there were more than 50,000 murders
of "disappearances" in Mexico. In the USA, with almost three times
the population, there were 26,000 homicides.
     Obrador has no interest in halting drug trafficking and il-
legal migration. Mexicans working in the USA send home an estimat-
ed $60 billion dollars every year. Cartel money fuels Obrador's
economy. Outrageously, the Mexican President even taunts Americans
for consuming narcotics saying the entire criminal mess is our
fault.
     So you would think Biden would be getting tough on Obrador,
whose administration is hurting every American. But, no. Biden's
trip to Mexico City looked like an outtake from the Three Amigos
movie. The whole thing was an embarrassing slap-and-tickle display.
     Somewhere, James Buchanan is nodding with a smile. Like sla-
very, there is nothing to be done by President Biden. Just go with
the flow - of drugs and poor people.
     President Buchanan was a dangerous incompetent whose apathy
led to massive death and destruction.
     So is President Biden.**
     It seems to get worse everyday and on very frequent occasions
Biden HAS to be standing alone as the worse.
     Never have I seen anyone shatter the "Peter Principle" like
Biden has and he is killing the United States and doesn't seem to
care which is very sad.
     We have to pray that God will intervene and save our nation
and every Christian on Earth. No one is above being saved by God's
forgiving grace.

     We Must Reform America’s Politicized Law Enforcement.

     The Justice Department unsealed Friday its indictment of former
President Donald Trump, currently the leading candidate to face
President Joe Biden.
     The news elicited strong reactions from members of Congress and
others concerned about the politicization of our justice system and
the application of double standards in prosecutorial decisions.
     Recent revelations from special counsel John Durham’s report
and the work of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and
the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government show that
these concerns are more than justified.
     The independent judiciary is one strong bulwark against prose-
cutorial overreach. Under our constitutional system, every defendant
is entitled to due process before an impartial judge, a trial by
jury, and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a
reasonable doubt.
     But are there reform measures and other actions that our elec-
ted political leaders can take to put an end to the abuses of the
FBI and the weaponized use of the Justice Department’s investiga-
tory and prosecutorial powers?
     The answer is a definite yes.

     Of course, as the chief executive, the president can and should
take strong action to bring the FBI and DOJ under control and ensure
equal justice in federal law enforcement, but that’s unlikely to
happen under the current administration.
     For its part, Congress has the power to enact effective mea-
sures, including structural reforms, to rein in a weaponized execu-
tive branch.
     *For example, several significant reform recommendations are
laid out in “Mandate for Leadership 2025: The Conservative Pro-
mise,” a joint production of The Heritage Foundation and a coalition
of more than 60 conservative public interest organizations that are
part of Project 2025. (The Daily Signal is the news outlet of The
Heritage Foundation.)
     These recommendations, outlined in chapter 17 on the Justice
Department, include:
     Moving the FBI under the supervision of an assistant attorney
general.
     Moving the FBI director’s office into Justice Department head-
quarters to ensure greater control and oversight.
     Eliminating unnecessary functions of the FBI that can be per-
formed just as well by the Justice Department, such as the general
counsel’s function and public relations and legislative affairs.
     Canceling the new headquarters building and downsizing the
Washington offices of the FBI, while shifting more staff and re-
sources to the field offices.
     Eliminating the 10-year term for the director.
     Placing more restrictions and oversight on the use of intel-
ligence-gathering authorities.
     Congress can also reform DOJ’s Civil Rights Division in sim-
ilar fashion to refocus and restore its proper functions.
     At the same time, Congress has the power of the purse. It can
withhold funding from entire departments or bureaus or take more
focused action through the appropriations process—such as placing
a ban on the use of federal funds for certain types of abusive
investigations or prosecutions, like those aimed at suppressing the
free exercise of religious beliefs or targeting Americans who ex-
press disagreement with the government’s policies or parents who
try to assert control over their own children’s education.
     And don’t forget about oversight. The committees of Congress
have broad power to investigate the actions, decisions, and policies
of the attorney general and other officers of the executive branch,
including with regard to controversial prosecutions (or decisions
not to enforce the law) that may involve improper political motiva-
tions or unequal treatment of similar offenders. The House Judiciary 
Committee is conducting such oversight into the Manhattan district
attorney’s unprecedented prosecution of the former president.
     Finally, if officers of the executive branch have abused their
powers, including for political purposes, or have otherwise failed
to uphold their sworn duty to enforce the laws faithfully and in a
fair and equal manner, Congress holds the ultimate authority to re-
move them from office through the impeachment process.**
     Recent evidence has surfaced that proves that the entire upper
level that controls the DOJ and FBI have been partisan to allow all
their actions be dictated by the Executive Branch, thereby being in
violation of the Constitution.
     The bias in DC has created an atmosphere of racism, and we
should not continue to let the constant judge shopping and misuse
of the law. "Every American is entitled to a fair and impartial
trial by a jury with the presumption of innocence.
     Over the last 7-8 years, we have been victims of a corrupt and
viscous attack by the Democrats and their misuse of the Judicial
system so well explained in our Constitution.
     It is time to indict, impeach, and fire all involved and a 
complete overhaul of the Executive Branch and all leadership from
the President to the their staff.
     The American people deserve better and we are quickly running
out of time before the deep state, ESG, and all their connections
have destroyed the nation. These people need to be expelled from
our shores.
     God is a forgiving God but He is also a powerful creator who
is likely running out of patience.

	Hostile Tribes

	Not since the Civil War have the people of the United States
 been more hostile to each other. The corporate media and some toxic
 internet sites are largely responsible. Many Americans no longer
 seek common ground; our new collective hobby is despising those who
 hold different points of view.
	After the brutal attack on September 11, the country largely
 came together to oppose the evil Jihad. Initially, President Bush
 the younger had overwhelming support to right the wrong.
	That lasted until the Iraq War went south.
	Ever since then, creeping tribalism has badly damaged the
 USA. Barack Obama could not win over conservatives, Donald Trump
 was vilified by the left. No matter what these two presidents did,
 many of their opponents refused to treat them with respect or
 fairness.
	That was largely fueled by a profit-driven media which well
 understands there is big money in dividing the public. Here are two
 irrefutable examples of that.
	Fox News is in major legal trouble because the company did
 not want to lose viewers and revenue by challenging fraud assertions
 over the election of 2020. There is no more to it than that. Money
 trumped factual reporting, with apologies for the pun.
	Example two. NBC News, through its satellite MSNBC, seeks
 gold in luring African-American viewers. Thus, the cable station
 presents a steady stream of anti-white commentary, much of it in-
 flammatory.
	"Analysts" like Al Sharpton, Jonathan Capeheart, Joy Reid,
 Simone Sanders-Townsend, and others routinely feed black viewers
 grievance, some of it hateful.
	By the way, CNN actually destroyed its news franchise by em-
 bracing "all hate, all the time" directed at Donald Trump.
	But the race card is working for NBC. In February, MSNBC
 averaged 173,000 daily black viewers. CNN had 105,000, Fox News
 just 24,000.
	The harsh truth is that news consumption in America is now
 divided by skin color as well as ideology.
	The result of the money grabs by media companies is a drama-
 tic loss of honest reporting and a troubling diminishment of Ameri-
 can culture. Many immature folks now believe they have a license to
 loathe, and the most extreme of that crew acts out.
	Hello, January 6.
	Throughout our history, we have always had disagreements among
 the population. About half the American public didn't want to fight
 the fascists before Pearl Harbor.
	Also, half of the colonists didn't want to show the English
 king the door.
	But today, I fear the political and social divisions are per-
 manent, barring an attack on the homeland. It's too easy and some-
 times even fun to despise political opponents.
	And it's far too profitable for the powerful and soulless
 media corporations.
	The love of money is the root of evil.**
	O'Reilly took this to the edge but should have said more.
	The media has corrupted the American people to the point
 that people on the Left have rampant hatred for D. Trump and all
 Conservatives and can't even tell us why. They attack everything he
 or a conservative says that doesn't agree with the misinformation
 they are being fed.
	The Left seems to result to violence and therefore assume
 that Conservatives will do likewise, but it has never happened.
	So they created the riot of Jan 6, but even then, there was
 not a single Trump supporter who was armed that day. As a matter of
 fact, it has been discovered that there were many DOJ, FBI agents,
 and Capitol Police encouraging the innocent supporters to enter the
 Capitol Bldg. and attacked many with flash/bang grenades and even
 made things available to them to damage doors and windows.
	They murdered an unarmed veteran and beat others nearly to
 death and then spent the last 18 months trying to destroy Trump and
 his supporters to keep them from exposing the truth that took place
 in the 2020 election, the 2022 election, two runoff elections, the
 lies they attached to corruption of the media, the so-called Russian
 collusion, Mueller investigation, two impeachments, dozens of false
 accusations, and the rampant corruption of the Democratic Party.
	The Left know that there will be dozens of people who would
 end up in prison or impeached if the truth gets out so they decided
 they would rather destroy the country and anyone who gets in their
 way, even to make them disappear than to be exposed.
	God has a plan and said that he will protect his people and
 save our nation so I pray a lot and personally think that he is
 giving the liberal, communist, socialist, and progressive part of
 America enough rope to hang themselves. They will have no one to
 blame but themselves.

     GOP: Biden Afghanistan Report is Spineless Fiction

     Republican lawmakers pushed back against President Joe
Biden administration report this week regarding the August
2021 evacuation of U.S. troops in Afghanistan.
    The public description of the disastrous Afghanistan
retreat issued by the Biden White House today, according to
House Military Services Committee Chairman Rep. Mike Rogers,
R-Al is a spineless piece of fiction. Biden decision is be-
ing blamed on the Trump administration, as expected, but
also the senior military advisors and the Intelligence Com-
munity. 
     Rogers stated that President Biden was responsible for
this withdrawal, and he ought to assume accountability for
the tragedy that resulted from his actions.
     The report, released Thursday, stated President Biden
choices for executing a withdrawal from Afghanistan were
severely restrained by conditions imposed by the Trump Ad-
ministration negotiations with the Taliban. Trump ordered 
direct discussions with the Taliban without consulting Ame-
rica allies or inviting the Afghanistan government to 
negotiate.
     A spokesman for the National Security Council, John
Kirby, told reporters on Thursday that the Biden Adminis-
tration underestimated the rate at which the Taliban could
retake the country, leading to the tumultuous and deadly
evacuations in the last days of August 2021, during which a
suicide bomber at one of the Kabul airport gates killed
13 American service members.
     Kirby claimed they failed to account for the Taliban
rapid expansion in Afghanistan. The Biden Administration
didn't fully anticipate the degree to which the Taliban
were constructing deals in the hinterlands that crumpled
like dominoes. They also didn't anticipate how fast the
Afghan National Security Forces would fold and not fight
for their country specifically after America had dedicated
20 years to training and equipping them. Kirby added it
wasn't fully appreciated the corruption in the officer
ranks in the military.
     Despite the chaos, the United States evacuated more
than 124,000 people from Afghanistan during the tumultuous
withdrawal, Kirby said.
     Republican legislators did not favorably receive the
assessment.
     Mississippi Republican Senator Roger Wicker told re-
porters that many should be held responsible for this
blunder in a well-run government. The Biden administration
has provided an extensive and profoundly partisan expla-
nation of its flawed Afghanistan policy to the public
rather than addressing honestly and openly the funda-
mental problems in its decision-making process.
     Senator Jim Risch (R-Idaho), the ranking member of
the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, has stated that the
leaders of China and Russia noted the bungled effort in
Afghanistan.
     Risch told the media that the White House release of
an after-action report on the disastrous withdrawal from
Afghanistan is unfortunate and untimely. Attempts were made
to hide the revelation over the holiday weekend nearly two
years later. The Biden administration failure to act force-
fully cost the lives of American service members and count-
less innocent civilians. Risch added it also doesn't take a
report to establish that Russia and China watched atten-
tively.**
     The US actually only evacuated 82,300 people, most of
which were Afghans. Only 90% of the Americans that wanted
to leave were actually evacuated. There are some 600 left
there and thousands of Afghans who supported our effort
are still there, left to the murderous actions of Hamas.
     Blinken, as usual was careful not to give specific
numbers of the number of Americans left at risk.
     Then there is also the $86B in military equipment
left behind due to the disastrous clueless actions of a
so-called leader who had no clue and his military leader-
ship was even less informed.
     Anyone with a clue would remove the equipment, which
includes ammunition before removing the personnel and to
leave the most isolated and well defended air base to the
invaders and try to do an evacuation in town was completely
stupid.
     Sadly Democrats do not learn from their mistakes so
we need to pray to God for all those souls that Biden
showed how little he cared.

	The Truth About America's History of Slavery

	A generation of Americans is being raised on half-truths and
lies about the history of slavery in America.
They are given the impression that America was uniquely bad
and that American slavery was uniquely bad. They learn no-
thing about slavery elsewhere. Among the many lies they are
told are that black slaves-built America and that America is
systemically racist.
	Since the only mortal enemy of the Left is truth, here
are some truths about slavery.
	*Americas Slavery Compared to Slavery Elsewhere*
If you are interested in morality and committed to truth, you
do not ask, Who had slaves? You ask, Who ended slavery?
    Who had slaves?
Every civilization throughout history had slaves: Asian societies,
Africans, Native Americans, and other Indigenous peoples around
the world, and the Muslim/Arab world, which may have had the most
slaves of all.
    Who ended slavery?
	There was only one thing unique about slavery in the West:
It raised the issue of the morality of slavery, ferociously de-
bated it, and finally abolished it there, before it was abolished
in any other civilization.
	If you care about moral truth rather than, for example,
promoting America-hatred, you must recognize and you must teach
that America was one of the first slave-holding societies to
abolish slavery. This even includes Africa.
	Cornell professor Sandra Greene, a black scholar of African
history, notes, Slavery in the United States ended in 1865, but
in West Africa it was not legally ended until 1875, and then it
stretched on unofficially until almost World War I.
    The numbers of slaves.
	According to the authoritative SlaveVoyages.org, the total
number of black slaves imported from Africa into America was
305,326. The number of black slaves other countries imported
from Africa into the rest of the New World i.e., into the
Caribbean and South America was 12,521,337.
	In other words, other countries imported 41 times the
number of black slaves into the Western Hemisphere than the
United States did, including the years before American
independence).
	Yet, the American Left never mentions this important
moral point because the Left-controlled education system sup-
presses facts it finds inconvenient, and the Left is not
interested in morality or truth, but in vilifying America.
	And then there is Arab/Muslim enslavement of blacks.
Professor Paul Lovejoy, in his Transformations in Slavery:
A History of Slavery in Africa (Cambridge University Press,
2012), reveals that from the beginning of Islam in the
seventh century through the year 1600, the estimated number
of Africans enslaved by Muslims was about 7 million. After
1600, it was about a million per year.
Do American students ever learn about the Arab/Muslim slave
 trade? How many know, for example, that a great percen-
tage of the African male slaves were castrated so that they
could not have families?
    Black Slaves Built America
     This is another lie of the Left.
	Those who make this argument point to the lucrative
cotton manufacturing and trade in the 19th century the in-
dustry in which black slaves were primarily used in the
American South.
	But University of Illinois professor of economics
Deirdre McCloskey answered this:
	Growing cotton, unlike sugar or rice, never required
slavery. By 1870, freedmen and whites produced as much cot-
ton as the South produced in the slave time of 1860. Cotton
was not a slave crop in India or in southwest China, where
it was grown in bulk. That slaves produced cotton does not
imply that they were essential or causal in the production.
The United States and the United Kingdom and the rest would
have become just as rich without the 250 years of unre-
quited toil.
      They have remained rich, observe, even after the pe-
culiar institution was abolished, because their riches did
not depend on its sinfulness.
	But one need not know anything about cotton to under-
stand how false Black slaves built America is. All you need
is common sense.
	First, even if slavery accounted for much of the wealth
of the South, the Civil War that brought slavery to an end
in the United States wiped out nearly all of that wealth and
cost the Union billions (in today's dollars).
	Second, if slavery built the American economy, the most
robust economy in world history, why didn't Brazil become an
economic superpower? Brazil imported 4 million black slaves,
about 12 times as many as America. Why did the slave-owning
American South lag so far behind the North economically?
	Why did England, which, though it played a major role
in the transatlantic slave trade until the beginning of the
19th century, had almost no slaves, become the most advanced
economy of the 19th century?
	Black slaves built America is left-wing propaganda to
vilify America and to discredit capitalism.
    America is systemically racist.
	This is the Great Left Lie.
	Four million black people have emigrated to the United
States since the 1960s and tens of millions more would if
they could. Are they all fools? Why would anyone move to a
country that is systemically bigoted against them? Did any
Jews emigrate to Germany in the 1930s?
	Blacks have emigrated to the United States because they
know what Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the black woman who fled her home-
land of Somalia and who now writes and lectures in America,
knows:
	What the media do not tell you is that America is the
best place on the planet to be black, female, gay, trans, or
what have you.
	Blacks emigrating to America know what Algerian writer
Kamel Daoud, writing in Le Monde and Le Point, knows:
	It is forbidden to say that the West is also the place
to which we flee when we want to escape the injustice of our
country of origin, dictatorship, war, hunger, or simply bore-
dom. It is fashionable to say that the West is guilty of
everything.
	As regards American slavery and everything else, always
remember this: Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a con-
servative value. It is not a left-wing value.
	Now all Americans have to admit that no one alive today
was a slave and No one ever owned a slave in the US and 
paying reparations is ludicrous.
  	May God have mercy on our once great nation.
